Trilium Capture Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

Trilium Capture is a private task-transfer automation operated by the owner of WoofPack Tech Services.

Information accessed and its purpose

With the account owner’s authorization, Trilium Capture accesses Google Tasks list names and identifiers, task titles, descriptions, due dates, status, and technical identifiers.

This information is used to identify tasks in a selected list, transfer supported tasks into a privately hosted Trilium Notes dashboard, verify the transfer, and prevent duplicate imports.

After a successful transfer is verified, the original task is deleted from Google Tasks. If verification fails, the importer retains the Google Tasks entry.

Storage and security

Transferred tasks are stored in the owner’s private Trilium Notes database on a Synology NAS. Google authorization credentials and the Trilium API token are stored privately for operation of the importer. Operational logs may contain task identifiers and transfer results.

Private backups may retain copies of stored information. Task contents and credentials are not published on this website.

Sharing and use

The importer communicates with Google’s authorization and Google Tasks services and the owner’s private Trilium server to perform the requested transfer.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train artificial intelligence models.

Trilium Capture’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and control

Transferred tasks remain in Trilium until the owner deletes them. Backup copies may remain until those backups expire or are removed.

The owner can stop the importer at any time and revoke its access through their Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Revoking access stops future transfers but does not delete information already transferred to Trilium.

Contact and changes

Questions can be submitted through the WoofPack Tech Services contact page.

This policy may be updated if the automation’s data practices change.
