Trilium Capture
Trilium Capture is a private automation used by the owner of WoofPack Tech Services to transfer voice-captured tasks from Google Tasks into a privately hosted Trilium Notes task dashboard.
How it works
Tasks are captured through Google Tasks, including through Gemini voice commands. The importer checks a selected Google Tasks list, copies supported tasks into Trilium, and verifies that each task was saved successfully before deleting its original Google Tasks entry.
Transferred information includes the task title, description, due date when provided, and task identifiers used to prevent duplicate imports. Optional title prefixes assign a task category.
Google account access
Trilium Capture requests Google Tasks permission to read task lists and tasks and to delete successfully transferred tasks. It is configured to process one selected task list.
The importer runs on a private Synology NAS. This website provides information about the automation; it does not display or provide access to captured tasks.
